Document handling:
Under approval you will find information about your documents. Eg. Supplier, Document Date, Payment Date, Sender, Document Type, Total Price etc.
Administrators and others authorized to approve can here process and approve the submitted documents.
When you click on an attachment, you will be given the opportunity to see more information about each attachment. You can see a picture of the voucher, find VAT number, etc. This is where you correct payment information, choose expense account etc. before the voucher is transferred with info to your ERP.
You have the same authentication options on the edilion app.
Before approving an attachment, it is important to check, that the information on the document has been read correctly and thus transferred correctly to your accounts. Here we review some of the most important features and options when you, or your accountant, need to approve edilion documents.
Supplier: shows which supplier is listed on the document
Document Number: Displays which document number is listed on the document
Document Date: Displays the date stated on the document
Payment Date: Shows the date on which the document should be paid
Sender: shows who sent the document
Pending: Shows which user has the document for Authentication
Since: shows how long a document has been waiting for approval by a specific user
Type: Displays the type of document
Total: Displays the total amount to be paid

When you click on a vendor name, you will see additional info as seen in the image above.
If some of the fields need updating, it is possible for you to do so yourself, so that you do not have to wait for us during the busy periods.
You can fix many fields yourself by clicking on the applicable field and adjusting what you want the field to indicate. After making corrections, click out of the box, e.g. by clicking on the image of the document. Then the info is updated and you can now approve or forward as needed.
Authentication error

it means there is something you need to be aware of. You will be able to see where the problem is by clicking on the supplier's name and then looking through column 2 with details. Here you can see where one of the 3 sighs is and thus what the problem is.

The red error MUST be fixed before you can approve an attachment.
The orange error you can choose to ignore.
The blue is just for info and you can approve despite this message.
As seen above, there are several buttons available. Here are some of the most important buttons.
Approve: press approve if all the read information is correct and you wish to approve and transfer the document to your ERP
Forward: If you have multiple users in your authentication flow, you can use this feature to send a document to others in the organisation.
Reject: If you don't wish for the document to go to ERP
